Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped out from Shetland Island, where the products are made. I currently only offer delivery to the UK, this is due to taxes and delivery costs outside of the UK.

The current methods of postage are through Royal Mail, either 1st or 2nd Class. I choose to only use Royal Mail as I've found other services to be unreliable or unavailable from Shetland. There is also a collection option available for those based in Shetland.

Bandanas

Orders are hand wrapped in tissue paper and popped inside a ecofriendly cardboard box, along with a card inside with care instructions. If you would like to add any message on the inside or outside of the box (such as "Happy Birthday" or "Do Not Open until the 25th"), just let me know and I'll be happy to.

Custom Orders

If there is a particular design you would like to see in my shop, be it for a holiday or an occasion or whatever takes your fancy, drop me a email via the contact form. I also do custom one off creations, for example matching wedding bandanas, so again just fill out the contact form and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!
